Funeral Details

Harriet Zelzer Katz passed away on Tuesday, April 30, at her home in Glenview, Illinois. She was blessed to live a complete and long life. She celebrated her 104th birthday with her family. She was the loving wife of the late Ernest Katz and the devoted daughter of the late Harry Zelzer. Harriet is lovingly remembered by her four sons and daughters-in-law: Dean (Elizabeth) Katz, Stuart (Deborah) Katz, Jordon (Barbara) Katz and the late Barry (Roberta) Katz. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Jason Katz, Jennifer (Paul) Margolis, Amy (Jason) Torf, Brian Katz, Jonathan (Jennifer) Katz and Adam (Sarah) Katz. Harriet’s great grandchildren Allison, Zachary and Tyler Torf as well as Hailey, Alexa and Palmer Katz were blessed to know their great-grandmother. Graveside service Friday, 2:00pm at Memorial Park Cemetery, 9900 Gross Point Road, Skokie, IL.
