OBITUARY

Robert Arthur Goodman, 75, sadly left us on April 28, 2024 at his home in Lake Villa. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Debbie, and their two daughters, Rachael and Michelle. He is originally from Skokie and spent most of his adult life in Libertyville. A service will be held at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove on Wednesday May 1st at 10am. Interment will follow at Shalom Memorial in Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations to your local pet shelter would be appreciated. Bob I have only known you for three years but have enjoyed having you as a neighbor. I admired how you always showed an upbeat demeanor even when it was obvious you were in pain. I especially loved that you loved my food even though I knew you loved ALL food. You, Debbie and Cubby have been an integral part in my senior life. I have seen you and cubby walking down the hall almost daily. For a long time to come I will miss YOU and CUBBY walking down the hall daily. Rest in peace Bob. You and Cubby both deserve this. We will keep an eye on Debbie until it is time for her to be with you. So long for now BOB. Glenda

Bob you and I have know each other since we were kids. To bad people lose touch after high school. Leave it up to facebook to put all of us back together again. You lived a log good life and I will see you and that chess board again!
